Conditions of Use

Welcome to 7P77. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7P77 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7P77 website at https://7p77.asia and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 7P77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 7P77 from Bangladesh and are written with Bangladesh-based users in mind. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All support is available in English.

To register and use 7P77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7P77 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 7P77 employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 7P77 under any prior account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

7P77 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold only one account on 7P77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number, and a payment method registered in your own name. You must not use another person's identity or payment details to register.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 7P77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Account information must match the name on your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 7P77 account.
• 7P77 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review.

All deposits and withdrawals on 7P77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. 7P77 does not currently support international card payments or cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. Deposits are typically credited to your 7P77 account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your mobile banking provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Processing times are typically within 24 hours, though verification requirements may extend this in some cases.

• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise stated.
• 7P77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals to a payment account not registered in the player's name will not be processed.
• 7P77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.

7P77 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 7P77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus, contact support before making a qualifying deposit and we will ensure no bonus is applied to your account. Once a bonus has been credited and wagering has begun, it cannot be removed without forfeiting the bonus balance.

All games available on 7P77 — including slots, live dealer tables, Crash, Plinko, Wheel, and Honor of Zuma — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by 7P77 or by players.

By placing a bet, you accept the outcome of that bet as final. 7P77 will not reverse a settled bet result except in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the game outcome. In such cases, 7P77's decision on the appropriate resolution is final.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the game server.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• 7P77 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7P77. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 7P77 for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7P77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

7P77 monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account and any associated funds may be frozen pending the outcome.

7P77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, and we encourage all players to use them. The following tools are available to every 7P77 account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

7P77 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7P77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions or gameplay.
